I wore white beads in memory of some very special people and pink beads for some folks who are winning the cancer fight!

The team that Pam and I are on, Team Dassult, provided us with helmet toppers so that the team cheering squad knows who we are. With most of the shirts the same, it's hard to spot people.

So, at the 85th mile, when I was ready to collapse, there was my Pedal Partner, Stephanie. She is 13 now, and she told me when she turns 15, she's joining my team and doing the PMC. How much could I think about being tired then!
