I rode my third PMC in August 2004. I am committed to doing this ride in memory of my parents and friends' loved ones who have been affected by cancer. Other than having my children, it's the most meaningful thing that I've ever done. I rode the 192 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown as a part of a large community of other cyclists, volunteers, and spectators all united on two days in August with the purpose of wanting to see cancer eradicated. Having watched both of my parents die from cancer, I am acutely aware of the affect that cancer has on all family members. It is my deepest hope that no one has to ever watch another loved one die of cancer. Riding the PMC is my way of fighting back!
Please join me in the fight!
